Non-immigrant Business and Work Visas – Our non-immigrant business and employment practice represents clients in diverse cases including investor visas (E-1, E-2), specialty and temporary workers and certain trainees (H-1B, H-3), intra-corporate transferees (L-1), exchange visitors (J-1), NAFTA professional visas (TN), extraordinary abilities and artist visas (O), athletes and entertainers (P), religious workers (R-1), and others.
Immigrant Visas and Permanent Residency (Green Cards) – We handle most types of employment-based immigration in all five preference categories from start to finish, including application for permanent employment certification (labor certification), immigrant petitions and applications for adjustment of status to that of a permanent resident (also referred to as “green card holder”), and processing of immigrant visa overseas.
Family-Based Immigration
We assist our immediate-relative clients and those in all family preferences categories (children, spouses, and siblings) to reunite with their family in the U.S. Petitions for immigrant relative, adjustment of status to that of a permanent resident and consular processing of immigrant visas are all within the realm of our practice. We also handle related non-immigrant categories such as fiancé and family reunification visas (K-3 and V) and fiance’ visas (K-1).
Naturalization
We assist clients who seek to become U.S. citizens as well as U.S. citizens whose children were born abroad who seek citizenship on their children’s behalf. We also handle other naturalization under other programs for our clients.
Other matters
We handle permanent immigration matters based on selection for the Diversity Visa Lottery and certain special immigrant cases. We also handle other non-immigrant matters of students, visitors, and other non-immigrant classifications.
