Judy (Ming Chu) Lee
Judy is an associate attorney with Yarden Law Group where she practices immigration law with a focus on employment- and family-based immigration and nonimmigrant visas. She previously practiced at a general practice firm where she worked extensively on matters ranging from immigration and nonimmigrant visas to real estate transactions, contract negotiations, public benefits investigations, Customs seizures, matrimonial matters, and civil litigation.
Judy is a member of AABANY (Asian American Bar Association of New York) and regularly volunteers at its pro bono legal clinic. She is also a pending member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).
Judy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and admitted to the Federal District Courts of the Southern District and Eastern District of New York. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she is a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow, and her B.S. (Applied Mathematics & Political Science), summa cum laude, from Stony Brook University. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
