Andrea Gail Kahn

Andrea Gail Kahn regularly advises companies and individuals and assists them with employment-based and family-based immigration. She frequently works with companies that wish to hire talented foreign nationals. She also has extensive experience working directly with individuals filing self-petitions based on Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waivers.  Andrea has obtained visa approvals for people in a wide range of industries and professions, including multinational managers, chefs, artists, engineers, biomedical researchers, product managers, fashion designers, and entrepreneurs.

Andrea is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and is admitted to the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.  In 2006, Andrea earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  In 2003, she earned her B.A. in English and Latin American Studies from Tulane University.  Andrea is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and serves as Co-Chair of the CLE Committee for the AILA New York Chapter.  In her free time, Andrea likes to watch soccer and sing karaoke.
